Purchases made before 2 November 2026 remain governed by the version of the GTC accepted at the time of purchase; any booking made from that date, including with a gift card or pack purchased earlier, is subject to these GTC.

- complied with the Studio Rules.
The Studio reserves the right to refuse access to any person who does not meet these conditions.
ARTICLE 6 – CREATION OF A CLIENT ACCOUNT
Booking certain services may require the prior creation of a personal account.
The Client warrants the accuracy of the information provided.
The Client undertakes to inform the Studio of any change to their contact details.
The Client remains solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Any booking made from their account is deemed to have been made by them.
ARTICLE 7 – SERVICES OFFERED
The Studio offers in particular:
Pilates group classes;
Lagree classes;
private classes;
semi-private classes;
workshops;
special events;
memberships;
class packs;

The services are subject to change at any time.
The Studio remains free to modify its schedule, timetable, instructors or the teaching content of classes when circumstances require.
ARTICLE 8 – CLASS BOOKING
Bookings are made according to the methods offered by the Studio.
A booking is only considered final once confirmed by the Studio or by the booking platform.
As the number of places is limited, bookings are allocated in the chronological order of their validation.
The Studio may set up a waiting list.
The operating rules of this list are set out in Article 18.
Online purchase and booking process:
- The Client selects a class, pack, membership or gift card on the website, in the SIEL app or on the booking platform.
- The Client logs in to or creates a client account, then reviews the basket (product, price including VAT, validity and conditions shown in the product description).
- Before payment, the Client can correct any error by modifying or removing items from the basket, or by going back to the previous steps.
- The Client accepts these GTC and the Liability Waiver, then confirms the order by clicking the payment button, which entails an obligation to pay.
- The contract is concluded once payment is accepted. The Client receives a confirmation email summarising the order.
- The contract, invoices and these GTC remain accessible at any time in the Client's account on the booking platform and on the website (sielstudio.lu/terms). The Studio and the booking platform archive orders and invoices for the legally required period.
- Contracts are concluded in English.
ARTICLE 9 – PRICES
The applicable prices are those displayed:
- at the Studio;
- on the website;
- or on the official booking platform.
Prices are expressed in euros.
They are inclusive of all taxes unless otherwise indicated.
The Studio may modify its prices at any time.
However, services already paid for remain subject to the price in force at the time of their purchase.
ARTICLE 10 – PAYMENT TERMS
Payments may be made by any means accepted by the Studio, in particular:
- bank card;
- direct debit (for the memberships concerned);
- bank transfer;
- cash, where the Studio accepts it;
- gift cards or credit notes issued by the Studio.
Payment is due immediately upon purchase or booking, unless otherwise provided.
The Studio may suspend access to services in the event of a declined, unpaid or disputed payment.
All costs relating to a payment incident may be passed on to the Client within the limits permitted by law.
ARTICLE 11 – MEMBERSHIPS
The Studio offers various memberships whose features are set out on its website or at reception.
Each membership specifies in particular:
- its duration;
- its price;
- its renewal method, if any;
- the number of classes included;
- any usage limitations.
Unless otherwise indicated, memberships are personal, nominative and non-transferable.
Memberships may not be used by several persons.
Each pass and membership allows one (1) class per day maximum.
Where a membership includes a guest pass, it allows the member to book one (1) class per calendar month for a non-member. Eligibility is determined by the booking date. The guest pass is subject to availability, cannot be carried over to the following month and has no cash value.
The terms of suspension, termination and renewal are specified in the corresponding articles of these GTC.
ARTICLE 12 – CLASS PACKS
Class packs allow the Client to benefit from a defined number of credits.
Each pack has a validity period indicated at the time of purchase.
On expiry of this period, unused credits are definitively lost, without refund or compensation, save for any mandatory legal provision to the contrary or an exceptional decision by the Studio.
Packs are strictly personal and may not be resold, exchanged or transferred to a third party, except with the Studio’s written authorisation.
ARTICLE 13 – GIFT CARDS
The Studio may offer gift cards.
Their terms of use, validity period and any restrictions are specified at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise provided, gift cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
In the event of loss or theft, the Studio cannot be held liable.
ARTICLE 14 – INVOICING
An invoice or proof of payment is made available to the Client after each purchase in accordance with the applicable regulations.
The Client is invited to check the information on their receipts and to report any error as soon as possible.
PART 2 – BOOKINGS, PARTICIPATION IN CLASSES AND STUDIO RULES
ARTICLE 15 – MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF A BOOKING
The Client may modify or cancel their booking directly from their personal account or via the booking platform used by the Studio.
Any cancellation made more than twelve (12) hours before the start of the class entails the restitution of the corresponding credit or no deduction of the class from the membership.
Any cancellation made less than twelve (12) hours before the start of the class is considered a late cancellation. In this case, the class is deemed consumed and no refund, credit or carry-over will be granted.
The Studio reserves the right to adjust this time limit for certain events, workshops, trainings or special classes. The applicable time limit will then be indicated at the time of booking.
Cancellation for unlimited memberships:
As holders of an unlimited membership are not charged any credit or class, the following rules apply, by way of exception to the above and to Article 16, in order to ensure fair access to classes and the availability of places:
- Any cancellation made less than twelve (12) hours before the start of the class is considered a late cancellation. An absence that is not cancelled constitutes a no-show, as defined in Article 16.
- Holders of an unlimited membership are entitled to one (1) late cancellation without penalty per rolling thirty (30)-day period. From the second late cancellation within the same period, a flat penalty of fifteen euros (€15) applies.
- Any no-show gives rise, from the first occurrence, to a flat penalty of twenty-five euros (€25).
- The penalty is automatically charged to the payment method registered on the Client’s account, or is due before any new booking.
- These penalties are independent of the membership price and do not entitle the Client to any class in return.
ARTICLE 16 – ABSENCE (“NO-SHOW”)
A Client who does not attend the booked class without having cancelled it within the time limits is considered to be in a No-Show situation.
In the event of a No-Show:
- the class is fully deducted from the membership or pack concerned;
- no refund may be requested;
- the Studio may, in the event of repetition, temporarily or permanently suspend the Client’s right to advance booking.
The Studio may also apply additional charges if this option is provided for at the time of booking.
ARTICLE 17 – CLIENT LATENESS
In order to ensure the safety of participants and the smooth running of classes, the Client is invited to arrive at least ten (10) minutes before the start of the session.
The Studio reserves the right to refuse access to a Client arriving after the start of the class, in particular where:
- the warm-up has already begun;
- the Client’s safety could be compromised;
- late entry would disrupt the running of the session.
In this case, the class remains due and no refund will be granted.
ARTICLE 18 – WAITING LIST
When a class is full, a Client holding a valid pass or membership may register on the waiting list. If a place becomes available, all Clients on the waiting list are notified simultaneously. The place is not reserved: it is allocated to the first Client who books it through the booking platform. A class booked less than twelve (12) hours before its start remains subject to the cancellation policy set out in these GTC.
ARTICLE 19 – CANCELLATION OF A CLASS BY THE STUDIO
The Studio may exceptionally cancel or modify a class, in particular in the event of:
- unavailability of an instructor;
- a technical problem;
- equipment maintenance;
- force majeure;
- an insufficient number of participants;
- or any event beyond its control.
In this case, the Client will benefit, as applicable, from:
- a refund of the class concerned;
- the restoration of their credit;
- or the rescheduling of the booking.
No additional compensation may be claimed.
ARTICLE 20 – PUNCTUALITY AND ORGANISATION OF CLASSES
The displayed times correspond to the actual start time of the classes.
The Client is responsible for allowing sufficient time for their arrival, set-up and the preparation of their equipment.
Exceeding the scheduled time for reasons attributable to the Client will not give rise to any extension of the class.
ARTICLE 21 – PHYSICAL CONDITION AND FITNESS TO PRACTISE
By booking a class, the Client declares:
- that they are physically able to engage in a sporting activity;
- that they have no known medical contra-indication incompatible with the services offered;
- that they practise under their own responsibility.
The Studio carries out no prior medical check.
If in doubt about their state of health, the Client is invited to consult a healthcare professional before any participation.
The Client undertakes to inform the instructor of any injury, physical limitation, recent surgery or health problem likely to affect their practice.
ARTICLE 22 – PREGNANCY
Pregnant participants are invited to inform the Studio before their first session.
Participation in classes remains under their sole responsibility and, where applicable, in accordance with the recommendations of their doctor or midwife.
The Studio may recommend certain more suitable classes or refuse participation where it considers that it presents a clear risk to the participant’s safety.
ARTICLE 23 – INJURIES AND MEDICAL INCIDENTS
The Client undertakes to stop the exercise immediately in the event of:
- unusual pain;
- faintness;
- dizziness;
- or any abnormal sensation.
They will inform the instructor without delay.
The Studio may end the Client’s participation where it considers that their state of health requires an interruption of the session.
In the event of a medical emergency, the Studio and its staff are authorised to contact the emergency services and to take reasonable steps to arrange medical assistance on the Client’s behalf. Any resulting medical costs remain the Client’s responsibility.
ARTICLE 24 – MINORS
Access to classes is reserved for persons aged at least eighteen (18).
By way of exception, the Studio may accept a minor upon written authorisation from their legal representative and, where applicable, accompanied according to the arrangements set by the Studio.
The Studio reserves the right to refuse the registration of a minor.
ARTICLE 25 – SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The Client undertakes to comply with all instructions given by the instructors.
They use the equipment in accordance with its intended purpose.
Any inappropriate use of the equipment may result in immediate exclusion from the class without refund.
The Studio reserves the right to interrupt a session where it considers that the safety of a participant or of the group is compromised.
ARTICLE 26 – ATTIRE AND HYGIENE
The Client undertakes to wear attire suited to the practice of Pilates and Lagree.
Wearing non-slip socks is mandatory, unless otherwise indicated by the Studio.
The Client ensures compliance with hygiene rules and the cleanliness of the equipment used.
The Studio may refuse access to any person whose attire or behaviour is incompatible with the rules of hygiene or safety.
ARTICLE 27 – RESPECT FOR THE STUDIO AND EQUIPMENT
The Client undertakes to use the facilities with care.
Any deliberate damage or damage resulting from manifestly inappropriate use may be charged to the Client.
The Studio may seek compensation for all losses suffered.
ARTICLE 28 – CLIENT CONDUCT
The Studio is a space dedicated to well-being, respect and sporting practice.
The Client undertakes in particular to:
- adopt respectful behaviour towards other participants and team members;
- respect the timetable;
- follow the instructions of the teachers;
- keep a noise level compatible with the proper functioning of the Studio;
- not adopt violent, discriminatory, intimidating or disrespectful behaviour.
The Studio may immediately exclude any Client whose behaviour compromises the proper running of classes.
Such exclusion will not give rise to any refund.
ARTICLE 29 – RECORDINGS, PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
In order to preserve everyone’s comfort and privacy, taking photographs, videos or sound recordings during classes is prohibited without the Studio’s prior authorisation.
The Studio may occasionally take photographs or videos intended for its communication.
The Client may object to the use of their image at any time, by informing the Studio before the start of the session or in writing thereafter at contact@sielstudio.lu. The Studio will then take reasonable steps not to feature the Client and to remove existing content where feasible.
ARTICLE 30 – PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The Client remains solely responsible for their personal belongings.
The Studio disclaims all liability in the event of loss, forgetting, theft or damage of items left on its premises.
The Client is invited not to bring valuables.
ARTICLE 31 – STUDIO RULES
The Client undertakes to comply with the Studio Rules, displayed on the premises and available on the website (sielstudio.lu/studio-rules).
In the event of a conflict between the Studio Rules and these GTC, the provisions most protective of the safety of persons and facilities will prevail.
PART 3 – MEMBERSHIPS, WITHDRAWAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS
ARTICLE 32 – SUSPENSION (FREEZE) OF THE MEMBERSHIP
A Client holding a membership may request its temporary suspension (hereinafter the “freeze”) under the following conditions.
General conditions:
- The suspension may be requested once (1) per calendar year.
- It must be taken as a single continuous period.
- Its duration is between one (1) week and four (4) weeks.
- It may be requested for any reason.
Suspension on medical grounds:
- In the event of medical incapacity, the maximum suspension duration may be extended to three (3) months, upon presentation of a medical certificate.
- The certificate must be sent to the Studio no later than ten (10) days after the start date of the suspension.
Procedure:
- The request is sent by email to contact@sielstudio.lu, giving five (5) days’ notice before the desired start date, and specifying the start and end dates of the suspension.
- The suspension only takes effect after written confirmation from the Studio.
- During the freeze period, the membership’s expiry date is postponed by a period equivalent to that of the suspension.
- No class may be booked or attended during the suspension period.
- No suspension fee is due.
ARTICLE 33 – TERMINATION OF THE MEMBERSHIP
Termination by the Client:
- Memberships are subject to a minimum commitment of three (3) months.
- The Client may terminate their membership by written request sent by email to contact@sielstudio.lu, giving thirty (30) days’ notice. Termination cannot take effect before the end of the initial three-month commitment.
- Termination only takes effect from the acknowledgement of receipt sent by the Studio; the Client keeps proof of their request.
- Termination takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Sums corresponding to the current period are not refunded, save for any mandatory legal provision to the contrary.
Early termination for legitimate grounds:
By way of exception, the Client may request early termination in the event of duly justified legitimate grounds (for example, a relocation making access to the Studio impossible, or lasting medical incapacity upon presentation of a certificate). The Studio assesses the request and may grant it.
Termination by the Studio:
The Studio may terminate the membership as of right in the event of the Client’s failure to meet their obligations (in particular non-payment, non-compliance with the Studio Rules or the behaviour referred to in Article 28), after formal notice has remained without effect for fifteen (15) days.
Termination for fault does not give rise to any refund.
ARTICLE 34 – RENEWAL OF THE MEMBERSHIP
At the end of the initial commitment period, memberships renew tacitly on a monthly basis, failing termination under the conditions of Article 33.
The Studio informs the Client of the expiry and of the termination arrangements within a reasonable time before the renewal date, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
The price applicable to the renewal is the one in force on the renewal date. Any price change is communicated to the Client beforehand, at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect. A Client who does not accept the new price may terminate under the conditions of Article 33.
ARTICLE 35 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Principle:
In accordance with the Luxembourg Consumer Code, a consumer Client who concludes a distance contract (website, booking platform) or an off-premises contract has a period of fourteen (14) days to withdraw, without having to give reasons.
The period runs from the day the contract is concluded for services and for the purchase of memberships, packs or gift cards.
Exercise:
The Client informs the Studio of their decision by an unambiguous statement (letter or email to contact@sielstudio.lu). They may use the form set out in Annex 1.
The Studio refunds all payments received no later than fourteen (14) days after being informed of the withdrawal decision, using the same means of payment as that used by the Client.
Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular:
- to leisure services (classes, workshops, events) that the Studio undertakes to provide on a specific date or period, for example a session or workshop booked on a specific date;
- to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, where performance began with the Client’s prior express consent and their acknowledgement that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed;
- to goods made to the Client’s specifications or clearly personalised.
If the Client expressly requests that the performance of a membership begin during the withdrawal period, they remain liable for an amount proportionate to the services provided up to the communication of their withdrawal.
ARTICLE 36 – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
SIEL SARL, as data controller, collects and processes the Client’s personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Luxembourg legislation.
- Purposes: management of client accounts, bookings and payments, performance of contracts, compliance with legal obligations and, subject to consent, marketing communications.
- Legal bases: performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations, the Studio’s legitimate interest and, where applicable, the Client’s consent.
- Recipients: data may be shared with the Studio’s technical providers, in particular the booking platform (Bsport) and the payment service providers, acting as processors.
- Retention period: data is kept for the time necessary for the purposes pursued, then archived or deleted in accordance with the applicable legal periods.
- Client’s rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent. These rights are exercised at contact@sielstudio.lu.
The Client has the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD) in Luxembourg.
The complete information on the processing of personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms Annex 2 to these GTC and is also available at sielstudio.lu/privacy.
Health data (special category): where the Client provides health information (in particular via the registration form), this constitutes a special category of personal data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR. It is processed solely on the basis of the Client’s explicit consent, for the sole purpose of ensuring the Client’s safety in class and adapting exercises where needed. It is accessible only to authorised SIEL staff (relevant instructors and administrative staff) and is hosted by the booking platform (Bsport), acting as processor. It is never sold or used for any other purpose. The Client may withdraw this consent at any time at contact@sielstudio.lu, it being understood that SIEL may then be unable to guarantee a safe practice.
ARTICLE 37 – LIABILITY OF THE STUDIO
The Studio is bound by an obligation of means; it undertakes to perform its services according to the rules of the art.
The Studio cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the Client’s failure to comply with the safety instructions, from their state of health or from an unsuitable practice.
The Studio is not liable for the loss, theft or deterioration of personal belongings occurring on its premises.
The Studio’s liability cannot be engaged for indirect damage (in particular loss of revenue, of clientele or of opportunity).
These limitations do not apply in the event of gross or wilful misconduct, fraud by the Studio, or bodily injury or death attributable to it. They do not affect the rights that the consumer Client derives from the law.
At registration, the Client also signs SIEL's Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk, which forms an integral part of these GTC. In the event of conflict, the provision most protective of the Client's safety prevails.
ARTICLE 38 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the website, the platform and the Studio’s materials (trademarks, names, logos, texts, visuals, teaching content and methods) are protected and remain the exclusive property of SIEL SARL or its partners.
Any reproduction, representation or use, in whole or in part, without the Studio’s prior written authorisation is prohibited.
ARTICLE 39 – FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party may be held liable for a failure to meet its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure, as understood by Luxembourg case law (in particular strike, exceptional weather, epidemic or pandemic, fire, flood, failure of IT or telecommunication systems, or a decision of the authorities).
The affected party informs the other as soon as possible and implements reasonable means to overcome the situation.
If the force majeure situation continues beyond ninety (90) days, either party may terminate the contract without compensation.
ARTICLE 40 – MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
The Studio’s failure to invoke a provision of these GTC shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to invoke it later.
If a clause of these GTC is declared void or unenforceable, the other clauses retain their full effect. The parties will endeavour to replace it with a valid clause of equivalent scope.
These GTC express the entire agreement between the parties in relation to their subject matter.
ARTICLE 41 – GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These GTC are governed by Luxembourg law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
The consumer Client may refer the dispute free of charge to the competent out-of-court dispute resolution body: Service national du Médiateur de la consommation, 6 rue du Palais de Justice, L-1841 Luxembourg, info@mediateurconsommation.lu, www.mediateurconsommation.lu.
Failing an amicable resolution, the courts of the City of Luxembourg have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory legal provisions applicable to the consumer.
